I only watched bits and pieces of the Richmond race. I had to reconfigure my wireless router and then had heck of a time getting one of my wireless computers to connect. I made some security changes and did a good job so much so the PC could not even find the router.
Missed the finish of the race but I did get to see the Harvick slide thru the grass and the Kurt Busch spin. Lot of wishful fans I am sure when both of those incidents happened. I was sort of amazed, not really, at the amount of coverage they gave Kevin Harvick’s over flow valve and Kurt Busch’s damaged bumper.
It has been mentioned elsewhere so I will not get to involved in it but it is really a shame that you race good all year and lead the points by 300+ to suddenly have that lead taken away and be starting The Chase for the Championship in second spot. Jeff Gordon beats Jimmy in all categories, poles, top 5 and top 10 but Jimmy has 2 more wins so he gets to start first. Not really a fair deal for Gordon.
Next big question for the next 10 races will be can Dale Jr hold on to the 12th spot and the million dollar bonus. Can wait for that to start.
