I guess it all depends on who you talk to. Clint Bowyer thinks he should have won because he crossed the finish line first.
According to the NASCAR spokemen the cars have to maintain a resonable speed, they did not say it was pace car speed, they said reasonable. I have seen the replay and it was a reasonable speed.
Of course I am a Greg Biffle fan so maybe I am not the best person to talk about it.
